As more friends have been sending their love for Laika, I will begin posting all shared photos and stories. These first three photos come from my friend Jon who stayed over at our old house this past Memorial Day after his band played a gig here in Pittsburgh. Laika loved both he and Jensen (his bandmate and frequent guest at our house). Laika has been confirmed as an unknowing soulmate to Jon's partner's late dog Cinco. I can imagine that Laika and Cinco have already joyously been united somewhere in the beyond, both free from the bondage of their bodies.
Here are three lovely shots of Laika doing what she did best: perching/watching at the top of stairs, waiting for treats and blissfully receiving a massage. Many thanks to Jon for sharing these photos that he took during the time that he spent with us a few months ago.
